Mitch has more than 19 years of national PEO sales experience serving in roles of increasing responsibility, from individual sales contributor to district sales manager and national team leader, earning multiple sales honors with two large PEOs. Mitch also mentors and trains junior account executives on how to promote the PEO value proposition. Prior to joining Engage, Mitch was most recently a senior business development executive for a national HR technology software company.
A Minnesota native and graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Mitch is active in his local community. He is a member of his local Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and Junior Achievement chapters and volunteers with disabled athletes.
