        What link do I use to access my Employee or Manager portal?

        We maintain multiple links that may be used to access the Employee/Manager Portal. To ensure you are using the most current and secure login method, please contact us directly so we can confirm the correct link for you.

        I need help accessing my W-2.

        You can access your W-2 by logging in to your Employee Portal, selecting “Taxes,” then “W-2” from the menu.

        How do I make a change to my direct deposit?

        You can make changes to your direct deposit information by logging into your employee portal, navigating to the “pay” tab, and then clicking on direct deposit. You can add, remove, or edit accounts from this screen.

        Where do I go to change my personal information, including phone number or address?

        Please navigate to the employee portal, click on “personal,” and then you can edit a variety of personal details. Be sure to save the page after making any updates.

        I need help with my Kurense pay card.

        If you have a question about your account, please go to the website listed on the back of your card to check your current balance or transaction history. You may also contact customer service directly by emailing support@kurense.com for a response within 24 hours.

        Does Engage restrict the use of certain bank pay cards?
