Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – August 06, 2021 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., today announced the addition of Lee Goodman to the company’s growing sales team in the West. As Vice President of Sales for Arizona, Goodman will work with referral partners to introduce Engage’s superior HR and benefits solutions to more businesses across the region and nationally, focusing on hospitality and manufacturing groups, among others.
A long-time Arizonian and PEO industry veteran, Goodman brings close to three decades of business development experience to Engage. Goodman previously served in various senior sales and regional management roles, including for three national PEOs.
Goodman is the fourth sales executive added to Engage’s team since June when the company announced its plans to grow its sales presence in Arizona, Colorado, and California.

Goodman earned a Bachelor’s in sales and marketing from Bowling Green State University and is based in Phoenix.
