Joe began his career in PEO as the industry itself was emerging. He brings more than 25 years of experience in PEO and HR outsourcing consulting to Engage, with significant expertise in sales training and strategy development. Most recently, Joe served as the district sales manager in California for a large, national PEO.
Based in San Diego, California, Joe is a licensed Property and Casualty broker and has an MBA in international business, trade, and commerce from National University.
