In this role, he will partner with insurance brokers, CPAs, and other referral partners across the region to introduce Engage’s PEO services to employers, helping companies strengthen workforce management, maintain compliance, and support long-term business growth.

Kudlek has extensive experience in PEO and human capital management sales. In previous roles with a large national HR services provider, he helped establish and expand a CPA-focused referral channel in the New York market while consistently ranking among the organization’s top-performing sales professionals. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with accounting firms and other advisory partners to help small and mid-sized businesses evaluate HR outsourcing strategies involving benefits administration, workers’ compensation coverage, compliance support, and workforce management technology. He has earned numerous Presidents Club and performance awards while mentoring sales professionals and helping grow advisor networks across the region.
