Engage PEO and Aspen HR Join Forces To Expand National PEO Footprints

This marks Engage’s ninth acquisition in the last three years.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – December 22, 2025 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., announced today the acquisition of Aspen HR, a San Francisco-based PEO.   

Founded in 2017, Aspen HR has built its business serving employers across the country, especially California, with depth in alternative investment firms, professional and financial services, fintech, software, and healthcare clients. The company is recognized for being one of the fastest-growing PEOs in the country since inception.  

Engage's latest acquisition is another milestone in its ongoing growth as a top 10 national PEO and one of the country's fastest-growing companies. By merging Aspen HR’s regional and industry expertise with Engage’s compliance-focused HR consulting from employment law experts, advanced risk management capabilities, and access to cost-effective employee benefit programs, the deal enhances Engage’s position in both California, the nation's largest and most complex labor market and in the alternative investment industry.
