Barnes will build upon the company’s relationships with insurance broker partners across the state and clients nationwide.

Barnes brings more than 15 years of business development experience to Engage, including significant knowledge of the PEO and insurance industries. In addition to his previous role as a sales executive for two national PEOs, Mark also served as an insurance consultant for J.W. Terrill and a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in St. Louis. He is also the co-founder and CFO of a specialty food wholesaler, distributing products to restaurants, grocery stores and liquor retailers throughout the Midwest. Barnes received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
