Maddie Grippin is an Assistant General Counsel and Human Resources Consultant for Engage PEO where she provides businesses with practical guidance and solutions in employment law matters.
Prior to joining Engage, Maddie was a staff attorney with a large federal agency where she provided day-to-day HR consulting and training to large medical centers across the United States. In addition to consulting, Maddie also served as counsel defending clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases. That litigation experience taught her how to effectively evaluate legal risk and communicate complex legal concepts for her clients.
Maddie earned Political Science B.A. and Psychology B.S. degrees from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Maddie is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas.
