Amy currently serves as an Assistant General Counsel and Human Resources Consultant for Engage where she provides strategic advice on employment and personnel matters.
Prior to joining Engage, Amy has practiced in a variety of high stakes environments, including as a senior trial attorney with a Fortune 100 insurance company, and most recently served as labor and employment counsel for a large federal agency. Amy navigates sensitive workplace issues, regulatory compliance, and policy enforcement issues. Her deep understanding of employment law, combined with strong litigation experience, makes her a valuable asset in resolving disputes and preventing them before they escalate. In addition to her legal practice, Amy is actively involved in community service through organizations like the Junior League of The Woodlands and the Illinois Legal Aid Foundation.
Amy earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, and a B.S. from DePaul University. She is licensed to practice in Illinois, Texas, the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
