As Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for all of the transactional processes at Engage, as well as business process improvement throughout the company.

Steve is a highly experienced executive and an expert in operational scalability and Six Sigma methodologies. He brings nearly three decades of experience to Engage, serving in various senior roles at several national PEO’s. Steve began his career with 16 years at Delta Airlines, where he developed innovative departmental strategy and leadership plans focused on productivity, revenue, customer service and implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement.

Steve is a Certified Project Manager and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Building upon his strong customer service background, Steve also served on the board of directors for the Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association (WACRA).
