Engage PEO Expands Texas Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 29, 2026 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Melisa Kitowski has joined the company as vice president of sales in Texas. Kitowski brings extensive experience in PEO services, employee benefits and insurance brokerage. She will work with referral partners and employers across Texas to identify HR, benefits, payroll, compliance and risk management solutions tailored to each organization’s workforce and business goals.

Most recently, Kitowski served as a benefits sales executive, advising employers on group health and ancillary plans, funding options, plan design, renewals and cost-containment strategies. She previously served as a business solutions consultant, selling PEO, HR, payroll and benefits solutions to small and mid-sized businesses while building relationships with brokers, CPAs and other professional advisors.

Kitowski holds Health and Life and Property and Casualty insurance licenses and is Medicare and Medicaid certified. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
