Engage PEO Expands Sales Team in Tennessee

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 09, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Kevin Durham has joined the company as vice president of sales in Tennessee. In this role, he will work with insurance brokers, financial advisers and other referral partners to introduce businesses to Engage’s HR outsourcing solutions and support the company’s continued growth throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.

Durham has more than 30 years of sales, business consulting and leadership experience, including more than 15 years in the PEO and HR outsourcing industries. He has held senior sales and consulting roles serving businesses across Tennessee and other Southeast markets, with a focus on PEO, ASO, payroll, human capital management and strategic HR solutions. Durham has earned numerous sales performance and leadership honors throughout his career, including multiple President’s Club and national performance awards.
