Engage PEO Expands Northeast Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 09, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Giovanni Sciarappa has joined the company as vice president of sales in Connecticut. In this role, he will focus on expanding Engage’s presence across the state, developing relationships with referral partners including CPAs, and introducing employers to Engage’s comprehensive HR solutions while contributing to the company’s continued growth across the Northeast.

Sciarappa brings a diverse sales and business development background spanning human capital management, PEO services, logistics and recruiting. Most recently, he worked in HR outsourcing sales with a large national provider, where he developed referral relationships with CPAs and other business advisers and helped employers evaluate PEO, payroll, retirement and other workforce solutions.

Before joining Engage, Sciarappa built a strong track record in consultative sales and relationship development across several industries. His experience includes selling HR outsourcing and PEO solutions, developing professional referral channels, managing complex client relationships and working with organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. Throughout his sales career, he has consistently exceeded performance goals and earned recognition as a top sales performer.

Sciarappa also served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where he led platoon operations, training and professional development.
