Engage PEO Expands its New Jersey Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., October 12, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, announced today that Scott Montalbano has joined the company as vice president of sales in New Jersey. Montalbano will work with insurance brokers, business advisers and employers across New Jersey and the broader Northeast to build relationships and expand Engage’s presence in the region. 

Montalbano joins Engage after more than a decade in sales with a large national PEO, where he worked with businesses throughout New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. Most recently, he served as a corporate sales manager focused on healthcare compliance solutions. Earlier in his career, he held PEO sales executive and district manager roles and earned multiple President’s Club honors for sales performance.
