Engage PEO Continues to Grow Northeast Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 18, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Sarah Nohavec has joined the company as vice president of sales in New Jersey. In this role, she will work with insurance brokers, other business advisers and employers across the state to build on Engage’s established presence in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area and introduce more businesses to the company’s HR outsourcing solutions.

Nohavec has more than a decade of experience selling PEO, HR and human capital management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Most recently, she managed the full sales cycle for HR and PEO solutions with a large national PEO, working closely with legal, underwriting, benefits and client service teams to develop solutions around HR operations, employee benefits and compliance needs. She also built business through broker, CPA and other referral relationships. Earlier in her career, Nohavec sold HR and HCM solutions across the New York metropolitan market and earned multiple sales performance honors.
