Engage PEO Continues to Expand Sales Team in the Southeast

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., September 2, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Kathleen Zicari has joined the company as vice president of sales in North Carolina. In this role, she will work with businesses and referral partners across the region, helping employers evaluate HR outsourcing solutions while supporting Engage’s continued growth throughout North Carolina and the Southeast.

Zicari has more than 30 years of experience spanning HR, payroll, human capital management, PEO services, sales leadership and business consulting. Most recently, she led HR consulting and Southeast regional sales for an HR and payroll solutions provider, working with small and mid-sized businesses on payroll, benefits, compliance and HCM solutions. Her background also includes PEO advisory work and more than 20 years in progressively senior sales and leadership roles with a national payroll and HR services company. Throughout her career, she has earned multiple national sales performance and leadership awards.
