Engage PEO Continues Northeast Sales Team Growth
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 24, 2026 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Victoria Schon has joined the company as vice president of sales in New Jersey.
Schon has 10 years of experience in human capital management, payroll, PEO services and partner-channel sales. She has advised business leaders on workforce solutions and built relationships with brokers, CPAs, financial advisors and other professional partners.

Most recently, Schon served as a strategic account executive with a national payroll and human capital management technology provider, working with mid-sized organizations across New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. Earlier in her career, she held several sales and leadership roles, including a broker-focused position in New Jersey. She introduced PEO and technology solutions to employers and worked alongside business advisors to develop and maintain client relationships. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
