As Vice President of Client Services, Julie Hayes leads Engage's "Expect More" customer experience service model. Her team provides tools and best practices to leverage Engage’s industry expertise across the company to benefit clients.
Hayes has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO industry in client relations, human resources management, and organization performance. She joined Engage in 2017. She was instrumental in developing the company’s account management division and has led it to maintain high levels of client retention and associate engagement.
Prior to Engage PEO, Hayes drove successful talent and performance management strategies and processes for regional, national, and global companies. She is an expert in enhancing the client experience, streamlining policy, business process innovation, and change communications.
Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College. As an advocate for the advancement and development of women and girls, she volunteers with No One Alone, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing the lives of victims of domestic violence.
