Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – January 10, 2023 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., is pleased to announce it has promoted Steve Scott to the position of President in addition to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2023.

Scott is responsible for all the transactional processes at Engage, as well as business process improvement throughout the company. He is also responsible for integrating four PEOs – Innovative Employer Solutions, CEOHR, Fusion Employer Services, and Genesis HR Solutions – into the Engage family of companies. The transactions all closed in 2022. Scott’s operational, scalability, and process expertise are steeped in Six Sigma methodologies.

In Scott’s three-decade career, he has served in senior roles at several national PEOs. He began his career with 16 years at Delta Airlines, where he honed and applied his Master Black Belt Six Sigma methodologies.
Starkman continues in his role as CEO. The president position had been vacant.
