Crum brings extensive experience in sales growth, business development, and team development across HR services, insurance, and technology environments, including prior experience with a large national PEO. Most recently serving as a regional sales leader in the Mid-Atlantic market, he built and supported new sales teams, contributed revenue growth in emerging territories, and formed lasting relationships with insurance professionals and other trusted advisors. Earlier in his career, Crum led regional sales efforts, earned top performance recognition, and owned and operated an insurance agency, giving him a strong understanding of the referral-driven model that supports long-term business development. He began his professional career as a lieutenant in the United States Navy, where he led operational teams and developed leadership experience that continues to shape his approach today.
