Engage PEO Expands Sales Leadership Team

David Bruni Joins Engage as Regional Vice President of Sales, Midwest

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – April 16, 2026 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that David Bruni has joined the company as regional vice president of sales, Midwest. In this role, Bruni will lead and develop Engage’s growing sales organization across the region, supporting continued expansion in a key growth market and helping scale the company’s sales infrastructure.

Bruni has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO and human capital management industry, where he has led regional sales teams and driven growth across multiple state markets.

Most recently, he led Midwest revenue strategy for a national HR services provider and previously held a senior leadership role with a large national insurance brokerage supporting a PEO consulting partnership. Earlier in his career, Bruni held sales and leadership positions with national PEO organizations, consistently exceeding performance targets while building strong client and advisor relationships.
