Cataldo has been promoted to group vice president of sales, Southern Divisions, and Alvino has been promoted to group vice president of sales, Northern Divisions.

Cataldo has spent more than a decade with Engage, holding progressively senior sales leadership roles and playing a central role in the company’s organic growth. He brings more than two decades of experience in sales leadership within the PEO industry, having led multi-state sales teams and supported market expansion across multiple regions. In his new role overseeing the Southern Divisions, he will work closely with regional sales leaders, guide market expansion efforts, and help drive consistent execution across a growing footprint. He will also focus on strengthening relationships with referral partners, including national and regional insurance agencies, that support Engage’s distribution model.
Alvino has more than 25 years of experience across employee benefits, payroll, and PEO sales leadership. Since joining Engage, she has led sales teams in the Northeast, with a strong focus on developing sales leaders, strengthening advisor relationships, and driving consistent, well-managed growth across complex markets. In her new role overseeing Engage’s Northern Divisions, Alvino will continue to expand the company’s sales presence while supporting performance alignment and leadership development across a growing organization. She will also prioritize building and expanding referral partnerships with insurance agencies and trusted advisors nationwide.
