Ryan Schloss Joins as Vice President of Sales, Pennsylvania

In this role, he will collaborate with insurance brokers and other referral partners across the region to introduce Engage’s PEO services to more employers, helping organizations better manage their people, stay ahead of compliance requirements, and run more efficiently.

Schloss has more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, including time with a large national PEO where he collaborated with employers and advisory partners to assess HR, benefits, and risk management solutions. He has consistently achieved strong sales results, earning multiple top-producer awards while mentoring new sales professionals and building high-performing pipelines. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with C-suite executives and advisory networks to develop tailored solutions that align with each organization’s operational and financial goals.
