Crusan will oversee Engage’s sales team across the region, focusing on team performance, coaching, and execution as the company continues to expand its presence in the Mid-Atlantic.

Shahana brings more than a decade of experience in sales leadership and business development, including leading high-performing sales teams within a large national PEO environment and driving consistent results across complex, multi-state territories. She has consistently delivered above-plan performance while coaching and developing sales professionals and building disciplined, results-driven teams.
Most recently, she led a team of sales professionals across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets, driving full-market sales strategy and consistent results through disciplined pipeline management, partner engagement, and hands-on coaching. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with executive stakeholders to manage complex sales cycles and support long-term business growth.
