Brandon Springer Joins Engage as a Vice President of Sales in Georgia

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – February 25, 2026 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, today announced that Brandon Springer has joined the company as vice president of sales, Georgia, further strengthening the company’s presence across the Southeast.

Springer brings a background in enterprise sales, territory management, and channel development, with experience across PEO, HR technology, and SaaS environments. He grew up and was educated in Silicon Valley, where he began his career working with high-growth technology startups that later achieved successful public exits, giving him early exposure to fast-paced, innovation-driven business environments. Most recently serving in a senior business consultant role in the Georgia market, he has worked closely with business owners and C-level leaders to evaluate workforce solutions through trusted advisor relationships, forming partnerships with insurance brokers and other referral sources to support business growth. Known for his consultative approach, Springer has delivered executive-level presentations, expanded channel relationships, and supported team development through mentoring and collaboration.
