Agresta brings extensive experience in PEO and human capital management sales, advising small and mid-sized businesses on benefits strategy, workers’ compensation, HR compliance, retirement programs, and workforce management solutions. In prior roles with a large national PEO and HR services provider, he consistently built and strengthened relationships with outside consultants, developing a robust referral network of insurance brokers, consultants, and financial advisors throughout New York. Agresta holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the University at Albany and a bachelor’s degree from Siena College.
