Prior to joining Engage, he held senior roles in business development and strategic alliances at leading PEO and HCM firms, consistently exceeding sales goals and mentoring new consultants. A former U.S. Army officer, Starling also brings a mission-driven approach and a deep understanding of operational leadership and accountability.
