He’s led teams, managed full P&L responsibility, and built strong referral networks by partnering with insurance brokers, CPAs, and business advisors. His experience working alongside brokers to deliver tailored HR solutions to their clients makes him a natural fit for Engage’s broker-centric sales model and high-touch, expert-led service approach.
