Freeman, based in Indianapolis, will lead efforts to expand Engage's presence in Indiana and the greater Midwest region, following the recent acquisition of St. Louis-based SynchronyHR.

Freeman brings over a decade of sales experience, including six years working with national PEOs. He recently returned to Indianapolis after several years in St. Louis.
