Ailene has more than two decades of national business development experience, including over six years in PEO. Notably, Ailene is credentialed by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as an Associate Human Resources Professional (aPHR) and also is a Certified Business Performance Advisor (CBPA). Before joining Engage, Ailene served in senior strategic consulting roles for HR services and workers’ compensation providers and healthcare facilities, working closely with client service, administration, and procurement teams.
A California native, Ailene is based in Orange County and a graduate of San Diego State University.
