Steve Scott

President and Chief Operating Officer

Overview

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for all transactional processes at Engage, as well as business process improvement across the organization.

Steve is a highly experienced executive and an expert in operational scalability and Six Sigma methodologies. He brings three decades of leadership experience to Engage, having served in senior roles at several national PEOs.

He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), reflecting his leadership and influence within the industry.

Steve began his career with 16 years at Delta Airlines, where he developed departmental strategy and leadership plans focused on productivity, revenue, customer service, and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement.

He is a Certified Project Manager and a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Building on his strong customer service background, Steve also served on the board of directors for the Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association.
