Barbara Corbo, PHR serves as President of the Engage Insurance Agency, where she oversees the company’s employee benefits strategy, underwriting, regulatory compliance, and carrier relationships, ensuring Engage clients have access to innovative, cost-effective insurance solutions that help them build and support high-performing workforces.

With more than three decades of leadership experience in the PEO industry, Barbara is a seasoned benefits and insurance executive. Prior to joining Engage Insurance, she held executive leadership roles at several larger national PEOs, where she was responsible for benefits strategy, underwriting, benefits operations, and compliance. Throughout her career, she has led innovative benefits and risk management initiatives, built strategic carrier partnerships, and guided complex organizational integrations to help employers navigate an evolving benefits landscape.

Barbara earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Rowan University. She is a licensed Health and Life insurance agent, holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is an active member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
