Andrew Reiben

In his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Engage, Andrew C. Reiben, CPA oversees the company’s financial strategy and functions, including accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and lender relations.

Andrew has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financing, strategic planning, financial controls, operational systems, and investor relations. Prior to joining Engage, Andrew served as CFO of UPSTACK, a private equity-backed technology brokerage company, where he helped scale the business through numerous acquisitions and built the financial and operational infrastructure to support its growth. Earlier in his career, he served as CFO and COO of Dale Carnegie & Associates and held CFO roles with Sterling Infosystems, Strategic Product and Services, and ATC Healthcare.

Across technology, business services, pre-employment screening, and healthcare staffing organizations, Andrew has helped companies navigate rapid expansion, improve profitability, integrate acquisitions, and prepare for strategic transactions.

Andrew earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Long Island University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
