Engage is an innovative and fast growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team in our St. Petersburg, Florida office.
Responsibilities Include:

Perform Client Service functions by assisting worksite employees and Engage clients with human resources questions and requests

Administer FMLA requests for Engage clients
-
Administer client EEO-1 Reporting
-
Participate in various human resources reporting and auditing
-
Assist HR Director and HR Managers with various research projects, special projects and other administrative tasks, including:
-
Creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
-
Researching various human resources concepts
-

Occasional Travel
-
Assistance with other human resources administrative tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
One to two years of Human Resources administrative experience preferred
-
Strong computer skills, including significant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually
-
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to handle confidential and sensitive information
-
Familiarity and experience with various employment laws (such as the Family and Medical Leave Act [FMLA]) preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources
