Engage PEO Promotes Dorothy Miraglia-King to Executive Vice President of Engage Insurance

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – June 10, 2014 – Dorothy Miraglia-King of Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Engage Insurance. The announcement was made by Jay Starkman, Engage PEO’s CEO.

As Executive Vice President, Miraglia-King designs and implements Engage’s client benefit offerings and manages carrier partners and the benefits sales process. In her expanded role, she will contribute to the overall stewardship of the company’s vision, mission and goals. During her tenure at Engage PEO, she has orchestrated the development of the Engage Private Exchange - a unique value proposition for the company’s clients. She has more than 10 years of experience in the PEO industry.

Miraglia-King develops Affordable Care Act (ACA)-compliant products that provide clients with viable choices, cost-effective solutions and peace of mind complying with the ever-changing requirements of healthcare reform. She is also responsible for the stable growth of the company’s medical plans and serves as one of the industry’s premier experts on the ACA.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) and World at Work. She has served in various capacities with these organizations including participation on the Corporate Benefits Board of the IFEBP and their Benefits Peer Network.
