In his role, Scott will be responsible for all of the transactional processes at Engage, as well as business process improvement throughout the entire company. He brings operational, scalability and process expertise steeped in Six Sigma methodologies to the company.

Scott brings nearly three decades of experience to Engage, serving in senior roles at several national PEOs. He began his career with 16 years at Delta Airlines, where he honed and applied his Master Black Belt Six Sigma methodologies.
