Willison will work with Engage’s network of insurance agency partners to bring its leading HR services and people solutions to businesses across the U.S. with a focus on the Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas markets.

Willison brings almost 20 years of PEO experience to Engage. She has held various leadership positions in sales and channel development with national HR outsourcing companies where she was responsible for managing sales, marketing, and client retention activities. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Vanguard Bible Institute and Seminary and served as a member of the board of directors of the Margaret Hudson Program in Oklahoma.
