In her role, Brennen will work closely with insurance brokers to provide Engage’s suite of human resources and benefit solutions to Texas-based businesses and employers across the country.

With more than 13 years of sales expertise, Brennen started her career in PEO in 2006. Prior to joining Engage, she was a senior sales executive for a large, national PEO and has consistently ranked among the top sales producers in the industry, earning multiple President’s Club awards throughout her career. Brennen also served as a senior sales consultant for the online recruiting startup, JobFox.
Brennen received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston. She is an active volunteer in her local community and a member of various organizations that support animals including the Lone Star Boxer Rescue in Houston, and Bak-PAK, an innovative program that uses therapy dogs to help young students build literacy skills.
