St. Petersburg, Fla. – Aug. 14, 2013 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the addition of David Bisset as vice president of sales for North Texas and Deby Skawinski as assistant general counsel and human resources manager. They are both based in the Dallas/North Texas area.
Bisset will focus on new business development in the area, as well as building partners and insurance broker relationships to further position Engage’s HR solutions to potential clients throughout the country. He has more than 10 years of experience in the PEO industry, and has held multiple roles at large PEOs. Bisset has been recognized as a top sales executive multiple times during his tenure at different companies. He is a graduate of State University of New York at Cortland and currently resides with his wife in Plano, Texas.
Skawinski will coordinate with the Engage HR team to create and deliver comprehensive HR solutions for Engage’s Texas clients. Skawinski has 15 years of experience in the employment and human resources industry. Prior to joining Engage, Skawinski served as an assistant vice president for Wells Fargo Dealer Services where she was responsible for all employment-related activities for up to 27 regional business centers spanning 23 states within four divisions. Skawinski is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and Dallas Baptist University. She resides in Little Elm, Texas.
