Compliance & Training

Providing exceptional client service is our number one priority. This includes delivering superior HR compliance, best practice guidance, and training.

Engage client service teams, and our HR Consultants - all licensed attorneys - address employment law issues across all client locations, and efficiently manage varying state and local compliance obligations, in conjunction with federal requirements.

Engage is also recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. SHRM requires program providers to have the resources, facilities and administrative support to effectively deliver HR-related Competency & Knowledge programming. Providers must also offer “appropriate high-quality programming, developed and presented by appropriate subject matter experts.”

Engage conducts regular webinars and trainings for clients on a variety of employment topics and trends in the workplace. We keep a close eye on the labyrinth of employer regulations – so our clients don’t have to, including:

  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”)
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”)
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended (Equal Employment Opportunity laws) (“EEO”)
  • Equal Pay Act (“EPA”)
