Engage PEO Continues to Build New Jersey Sales Team

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., November 2, 2026 — Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, announced that Kimberly Kramm has joined the company as vice president of sales in New Jersey. Kramm will work with insurance brokers, other business advisers and employers throughout the state, with a focus on developing referral partnerships and helping businesses evaluate their HR and employee benefits needs. 

Kramm has spent the past decade with a large national PEO, specializing in human capital management, employee benefits and HR outsourcing solutions. As an HRO district manager, she worked with businesses to address workforce challenges and develop strategies to manage costs and improve operations. Her experience includes building productive relationships with insurance brokers and other referral partners. Earlier in her career, Kramm held sales and management positions in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
