Engage PEO Continues Growth in Missouri

Based in St. Louis, Sullivan will help expand Engage’s presence across Missouri and the broader Midwest, working with employers, referral partners and business advisors to bring the company’s PEO services to more organizations throughout the region.

Sullivan has more than 17 years of experience across the PEO and technology sectors, with a background in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, sales operations and partner development. Throughout his career, he has worked with employers on workforce and operational challenges while building broker, CPA and advisor relationships across competitive markets.
Prior to joining Engage, Sullivan held senior sales roles with both national and regional organizations, where he drove revenue growth, expanded market share and managed complex enterprise opportunities. His accomplishments include building referral networks, closing major deals in the Midwest PEO market and helping organizations strengthen sales infrastructure to support long-term growth. He was recently named one of the “Top 100 St. Louisans to Know” by St. Louis Business Monthly.
