Engage PEO Continues Midwest Growth

In this role, he will work with insurance brokers and other referral partners across the region to introduce Engage’s PEO services to more employers, supporting continued expansion in a key Midwest market.

Nauert brings nearly thirty years of experience in PEO and HR solutions, including leadership roles within both regional and large national PEOs. He has led sales teams, developed go-to-market strategies, overseen pipeline development, forecasting, and budgeting, and coached sales professionals in solution selling and competitive positioning. He has also built and managed sales processes across multiple core PEO service areas, including payroll and tax administration, HR compliance, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, risk management, and retirement programs.
