I need my Aetna Medical, Dental or Vision cards

 If you enrolled in dental and/or vision coverage, you will be able to login to the Aetna website www.aetna.com and print your identification (ID) cards. ID Cards are not required to receive services.

I need my MetLife Dental or Vision cards

If you enrolled in dental and/or vision coverage, you will be able to login to the MetLife Website www.mybenefits.metlife.com and print your identification (ID) cards. ID Cards are not required in order to receive services.  A provider office can use your social security number to locate your dental and/or vision coverage.
