Skawinski will coordinate with the Engage HR team to create and deliver comprehensive HR solutions for Engage’s Texas clients. “Texas is one of the strongest PEO growth areas, with a top notch network of insurance brokers and small and mid-sized businesses who have embraced Engage and the PEO model,” said Jay Starkman, chief executive officer of Engage. “As we continue to grow and thrive in the region, it’s critical to have a team of experienced professionals on the ground in both the sales and client service arenas, and David and Deby certainly fit the bill. Adding them to the seasoned team already in Texas, positions Engage for further explosive growth with clients that subscribe to Engage’s ‘Expect More’ philosophy.”
