The position will support the risk management department in analyzing all performance, financial and loss data for our worker’s compensation program. This position also works collaboratively with our insurance brokers, and other internal departments to coordinate and deliver Engage’s products and services to our Clients.


The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Risk Management managers in multiple facets of managing the risk department. This includes obtaining, consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources including financial data, audit data, loss data, employee data, client data, as well as, data sources from our business partners.

  • Consolidates all payroll data for monthly premium payments, policy renewals, and worker’sco mpensation policy audits.

  • Reconciles policy audit data with premium payment data and payrolldata.

  • Consolidates all claims loss data for multiple insurance carriers and analyzes the data to build monthly, quarterly and annual reports for both internal andClients.

  • Obtain and review all client loss runs and client performancedata.

  • Manage data accuracy for client policyinformation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required – formulas, pivot tables, slicers, chartsetc.…

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, risk management or another relatedfield.

  • Responsive and self-motivated teamplayer

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communicationskills

  • Strong computer skills in other Microsoft Officeproducts

Four-year college degree, or equivalent Microsoft Excel training resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and sound judgment as well as ability to work independently and multi-task.
