The position is responsible for the ownership of Engage’s Customer Relationship Management application.  The person in this role will work closely with members of the entire organization to deliver improvements, training, support and strategic direction.  The ideal candidate will incorporate technology, business knowledge and project management skills to be successful.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with operational departments identifying key project initiatives
  • Define and prioritize CRM configuration and customizations that optimize CRM usability in each department
  • Drive continued adoption of CRM through usage monitoring and definition of adoption improvement ideas
  • Communicate with all levels of management and staff relating to project status, issues, and risks
  • Develop CRM workflows, business rules, and business process flows that are in line with project goals and organizational objectives
  • Work with businesses to define reporting requirements focused on assisting with scalability of operation
  • Develop reporting and dashboards utilizing Izenda reporting application
  • Creation of dataforms and workflow templates within CRM application based on requirements defined by business owners
  • Analyze best practices in conjunction with internal and external subject matter experts
  • Make recommendations for business process and operational procedures
  • QA of solutions as appropriate prior to end user delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Experience working within the PEO or Payroll outsourcing industry preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years working with an enterprise CRM Software solution
  • Experience working within system development lifecycle
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
  • Possess strong partnership and negotiation skills to ensure effective management of projects and all stakeholders involved
  • Must be highly organized with a strong ability to develop project plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors of Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
