Based in Phoenix, Sussman will further strengthen Engage’s growing sales presence in the state and position the company’s unique HR services, benefits and other employer offerings to insurance broker partners and clients nationwide.

Sussman has more than 30 years of business development experience. Prior to joining Engage, he spent more than a decade working as a sales executive for two national PEOs and also served as an insurance broker for over 15 years.
Sussman holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and marketing from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Scottsdale Phoenix Executives Association and the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Enterprise Network and the Arizona Tech Council. He has received various sales awards and recognition for his performance and is a five-time Presidents Club Award winner.
