Engage PEO Adds Dorothy Miraglia as VP of Engage Insurance

St. Petersburg, Fla. – September 24, 2012 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the addition of industry veteran Dorothy Miraglia as vice president of Engage Insurance, LLC.  Miraglia will be responsible for designing and implementing Engage’s client benefits offerings.  She will join the company’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Miraglia has more than eight years of experience in the PEO industry.  Prior to joining Engage, Miraglia served as vice president of Strategic Benefit Solutions for a large PEO, serving multiple employer benefit programs.  Prior to that, she was corporate benefits leader with Vanguard Car Rental Inc., the $12.5 billion rental car company and parent of National and Alamo Rent-A-Car.  She also worked as an employee benefits professional with CIGNA Corporation for several years.

Miraglia is a licensed life and health insurance agent in addition to holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) and World at Work. Miraglia has served in various capacities with these organizations including participation on the Corporate Benefits Board of the IFEBP and their Benefits Peer Network.
