St. Petersburg, Fla. – July 1, 2012 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, has expanded its sales organization with the addition of industry veteran Barbara Ziccardi as vice president of sales in South Florida. Ziccardi will join the company’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Ziccardi has more than 14 years of experience in the PEO industry focusing on generating new revenue stream opportunities, forging relationships with new clients and business partners and producing record sales growth.
Ziccardi’s responsibilities as vice president of sales for Engage include enhancing Engage’s extensive insurance broker network, through which Engage partners to distribute its services to the business marketplace. She will provide solutions for insurance brokers looking for new opportunities to retain and attract clients through a seamless partnership with Engage PEO.
